Producing process
- Tooling (Mold) design and Manufacture.
- Manufacture the parts according to the Stamping Machine.
- Riveting, Welding or Screw tap according to Customer's require.
- After finish manufacture process we will test the parts by the Image measurement instrument, Caliper, Angel Gage etc.
- After make sure all the dimension can reach customer's require, we will make the Surface treatment process.
- After finish surface treatment we will testing all the parts by worker so that we can make sure the parts which we sell is 100% qualified.
- After finish testing we will pack the parts by Vacuum Package Machine.
Brief introduction about high pressure die casting
Die casting is the process where molten metal is injected into a mold under high pressure in the range of 10 - 210 Mpa. This will result in a highly uniform casting with very good surface finish and exceptional dimensional accuracy. Usually this can either eliminate or greatly reduce the machining required to finish the part.We can offer both the cold chamber process and the hot chamber process. In the cold chamber process the metal is ladled into the injection chamber for each shot. There is less exposure of the molten metal to the chamber walls and plunger. This is very useful for aluminum and copper alloys that would easily alloy with iron at elevated temperatures. The hot chamber process has the injection chamber which is connected to the die cavity permanently immersed in the molten metal. The hot chamber process is used for metals of low melting point and high fluidity such as tin and zinc.
The materials we offer are alloys of aluminum, copper, zinc and magnesium. Zinc castings can be made with thinner wall thickness than aluminum due to high melt fluidity.
We can produce parts from very small to about 50 kg (110lbs ) for aluminum, 10 kg ( 22 lbs ) for magnesium, 80 kg ( 176 lbs ) for zinc and 10 kg ( 22 lbs ) for copper.
Main castings and application
Our foundry introduced automatic high-pressure, shoot-squeeze molding process and pre-coated sand cores. The advanced 3D foundry process design has been used for production too. Two years ago we imported two FBO III automatic molding lines. Their production capability is 120 sand flasks each hour, 7000 tons each year. Their sand flask size is 605×505×200/200mm.
Except these molding lines, we also introduced one static-pressure automatic molding line. This large production line has sand flask 1000×800×350/300mm, annual production capability 30000 tons. It can produce 90 sand flasks each hour.
In the aspect of machining, we are using CNC centers, digital control lathes, boring and milling machines. According to the machining requirements of casting products, we formed specific machining line. Therefore, we have the capability to complete high-precision finish machining works in house. In the aspect of quality inspection, we have established physical and chemical inspection center.
The inspection devices include the metallographic microscope with function of automatic graphic capture and judgment, advanced spectrometer for instant chemical analysis, automatic Carbon and Sulfur analysis device, hydraulic multi-function testing machine with automatic digital recording, Brinell hardness tester with digital display, ultrasonic testing, and portable X-ray flaw detection devices.
We can perform various quality inspections instantly and accurately. All these inspections are the reliable guarantee to meet the high quality requirements from domestic and foreign clients.
